To assist you with a quick and simple registration process with WorkPac HealthCare we request that you bring the following information to your interview. This will mean we can place you in a position as soon as possible.

• Original Current Nursing Registration Licence (RNs/EENs only) and details of any Restrictions applied
• Photo ID – Drivers Licence or Passport
• Passport & Work Visa (if not Australian Resident/Citizen)
• Full Resume of Nursing/Work Experience (including Prac Experience for Students)
• Records of Service – stating hours worked at each employer (for calculating your pay rate)
• A most recent Nursing payslip
• All Qualifications & Certificates or Academic Transcripts
• Current First Aid or CPR Certificate
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Blue Card
• EEN Students/Grads – Diploma of Nursing Prac Reports
• BN Students/Grads – Prac Reports (Grads must have 3rd Year reports)
• Referees – minimum of 3 (with 1 being your current or most recent supervisor)
• Bank Account Details – Bank, Branch, BSB, Account Number
• Tax File Number, Superannuation Fund & Membership Number if you have one
• WorkPro Nursing Worker Safety Module Log in details (see below)

Compulsory WorkPro Nursing Safety Training

To protect you when you work for us, BEFORE YOUR INTERVIEW you will need to do the WorkPro SAFETY TRAINING MODULE. It will take 20 - 30 minutes.

1. Go to www.workpro.com.au and click Employees Register here on the left. 
2. Enter your details and click on SUBMIT.  You have then set up a profile and will be emailed your LOGIN DETAILS
3. NEXT Login to the WorkPro Site using your username and password  
4. Then click on INDUCTION MODULES. You will need complete 06 Nursing Worker Safety v2.

  Click on 06 and in Module Access Code box type 6658577446 and click LAUNCH to begin the module.
• VIC Instructions:
  Click on 06 and in Module Access Code box type 11703037475 and click LAUNCH to begin the module.

5.  If you have previously completed a training module please bring your CIN and PIN to your interview so we can access your results and give you your certificate of results.
